Bryce Harper Without Batting Gloves

DC Sports Nexus ---- Sunday, July 29, 2012

For some reason, people seem to think it is very note-worthy that Bryce Harper came up to the plate not wearing batting gloves.  Instead Harper rubbed dirt over his hands in between pitches.  Harper went on to strikeout and is in a mini-slump.

No word on the whereabouts of Harper's gloves.  Is it superstition.  Did he lose them.  Did he puke on them last night.  Or was it...Swag?

Note:  The gloves appeared again later in the game.
